To make this item, you will need:
  • The pre-cut cork from this kit
  • FQ Fabric
  • ½m Fusaweb or similar
  • Two sets of rivets (7mm deep ones work well)
  • Clasp or snap of your choice
  • Two D rings (optional) between ½" - ¾" in size
  • Two lobster swivel clips
  • 1m leather PU or webbing for the handle or 6mm cord (in which case there is no need for the D rings and swivel clips)
  • Hammer
  • Leather punch
  • Parchment paper or Teflon pressing sheet
  • Optional: gum tragacanth and edge kote with an edging tool
  • ¼" quilters washaway tape
  • Basic sewing equipment
