" Dry Wax Tin Cloth is a cotton canvas fabric, which we sourced from a well-respected mill that is renowned for making top quality outerwear fabrics. This dense canvas has a subtle dry wax finish applied to both sides of the fabric, which I thought made it a perfect, practical choice for my new lunch bag make. If you don't have tin cloth fabric, you needn't worry: my Tin Cloth Lunch Bag would be equally fabulous made up in Cambric or cotton drill, or you could use waxed fabric for the outer and a rip stop for the lining."

To make this item, you will need:
  • ½m waterproof fabric: a Cambric, cotton drill or tin cloth works great, or use a FQ of waxed fabric for the bag outer and a FQ of rip stop for the lining
  • ½m zipper tape & two zip pulls
  • 4 metres of cotton herringbone tape
  • Handmade tag (optional) with rivet fixings
  • ¼" quilters' washaway tape
  • Co-ordinating thread
  • Basic sewing equipment

Postage and packing for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £150, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). We will always use the most appropriate service to get your parcels delivered to you as safely as we can. 
This does mean your orders may arrive through different couriers and when it is provided we will send you a tracking ID. 
For European customers, the postage and packing fee is based on the size of your order and once again will be sent via the  most appropriate postal service at the time.
