Make your XL Ruler Bag as pictured on the cover image and stow your 24½" ruler vertically (held securely by elastic), or a small alteration to the bag dimensions will enable you to pop it in the bag horizontally." - Natasha

- 1m fabulous fabric for the bag outer (Natasha used tapestry fabric)
- 1m lining fabric
- 1m fusible foam interfacing (Natasha used Vlieseline Style-Vil Fix)
- LQ cork to make handles OR premade handles
- Rivets or Chicago screws
- Quilters’ ¼" washaway tape
- Optional: elastic (Natasha used an approx 25mm/1" wide knitted elastic)
- Co-ordinating thread
