To make this project in approx finished size 30" x 30", you will need (available to purchase separately):
  • 0.75m background fabric (cream)
  • Long Quarter of teal/blue ombré fabric (for egg)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of plain yellow fabric (for chick)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of orange fabric (for feet and beak)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of turquoise print fabric (for flowers and borders)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of yellow print fabric (for flower centres and borders)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of lilac print fabric (for flowers and borders)
  • 1 Fat Eighth of pink fabric (for flowers and butterfly)
  • Min 3” square black fabric (for eyes)
  • A small scrap of brown fabric (for butterfly’s body)
  • 0.5m Vlieseline Bondaweb or similar iron-on adhesive sheet
  • Neutral coloured thread for piecing (cream, ecru or pale grey)
  • Threads to match appliqué fabrics (yellow, orange, black, teal, turquoise, pink, lilac and brown)
  • Black embroidery thread (for eyelashes)
  • Pencil
  • Erasable fabric marker
  • Basic sewing kit
  • 1 Fat Quarter of light/medium weight iron-on interfacing
  • Min 30” x 30" square wadding
  • 1m standard width fabric for backing

Postage and packing for UK residents is a set fixed rate of £4.95 (unless your order is over £150, which qualifies you for FREE shipping). We will always use the most appropriate service to get your parcels delivered to you as safely as we can. 
This does mean your orders may arrive through different couriers and when it is provided we will send you a tracking ID. 
For European customers, the postage and packing fee is based on the size of your order and once again will be sent via the  most appropriate postal service at the time.
